ABOUT
If you have always wanted to act or if you have always had a passion for the craft, Baton Rouge Acting Studio is the place for you to bring your skills to life. We train our students in tested and practical techniques that help the actor "transform with ease and authenticity." Our head teacher, Brett Duggan, has been teaching acting in Los Angeles for over ten years and has trained hundreds of actors. He is a certified Master Teacher of Seven Pillars Acting by Sonya Cooke, and he holds the highest degrees for performance: an MFA and BFA in Acting. Brett is an accomplished actor, director and comedian who has been on network television and feature films, he has worked with Second City and toured the country doing stand-up comedy. As a writer-director, he has created several TV shows on Amazon Prime and many stage productions. Many of Brett's students have gone on to work in film and television and report that the technique learned has enabled them to act with autonomy and confidence. If you desire to ACTIVATE your talent, this is the class for you.
